1. We strictly do not accept returns or exchange of items.
2. Modda Skin DOES NOT and WILL NOT ship out damaged items or with stains.
3. Our items are double checked before we send it out to customer.
4. If still a customer receives a damaged item, we will be happy to replace it provided:

- We are informed within the day the package is received. (FOR STRICT IMPLEMENTATION)
- Customer ships the item/s back to us. (Shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer)

5. For situations when we are unable to ship all of the customer's paid orders, most probably due to damaged stock, we will refund the amount of the unshipped item.
